Vancouver, B.C., April 11, 2019.Kutcho Copper Corp. (TSX-V: KC) (“Kutcho” or the “Company”) announces that it proposes to extend the terms of an aggregate of 3,356,818 warrants by two years.
The particulars of the proposed extension to the terms of the warrants are as follows:
- 275,000 warrants issued on February 28, 2017 with an exercise price of $0.40 per share, which are due to expire on August 28, 2019, will be extended to August 28, 2021;
- 2,400,000 warrants which were issued on May 1, 2017 with an exercise price of $0.25 per share, which are due to expire on May 1, 2019, will be extended to May 1, 2021; and
- 681,818 warrants which were issued on January 10, 2018 with an exercise price of $0.40 per share, which are due to expire on July 10, 2019, will be extended to July 10, 2021.
All of the other terms of the warrants will remain the same.
The proposed extension to the terms of the warrants are subject to TSXV approval.
